Clubhouse Food & Beverage Manager

Moccasin Creek Country Club in Northeastern South Dakota is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the clubhouse dining operations, including Gordie’s Formal Dining, Maddox Casual Dining, Outdoor Patio, and the on-course beverage carts.

You will manage front-of-house staff, ensure top service quality, handle recruiting and training, control inventory and bar costs, and collaborate with the Director of Operations, Golf, and Culinary teams to create member events.
