About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Interiors Superintendent to lead commercial interior construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate office interiors, tenant improvement (TI) projects, and fast-paced commercial construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for corporate interiors and TI projectsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain project schedules and ensure milestone deadlines are achievedConduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standardsReview construction drawings, specifications, and RFIsCollaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clientsMonitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standardsTrack inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activitiesIdentify and proactively resolve field issues and scheduling conflictsMaintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors or tenant improvement constructionStrong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencingExperience managing occupied renovations and fast-track schedules preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS ProjectOSHA 30 certification preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree is a plus
