About the Role
Daily Course Preparation
Mow greens, tees, fairways, approaches, roughs, and practice areas according to established schedules and standards
Rake bunkers and maintain bunker edges to ensure consistency and playability
Perform other daily setup tasks as needed
Turf and Grounds Maintenance
Assist with irrigation tasks including hand-watering, valve operation, and basic troubleshooting
Perform trimming, edging, and debris removal around course features and facilities
Assist with turf repair, divot filling, ball mark repair, and sod work as needed
Support special maintenance projects such as aerification, topdressing, seeding, and fertilization
Preferred Requirements
Ability to operate or learn to operate golf course maintenance equipment
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment safely and effectively
