Food and Beverage Manager

General Purpose: The Powder Horn is seeking a highly motivated team leader, with extensive training knowledge to lead our FOH F&B Operation.  This person will manage daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to member/guest satisfaction, customer service, personnel training and development, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory and catering functions.  This position oversees all front of house operations and must work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality of service for our members and guests.
