Description:
Provide members and guests with an exceptional dining experience.
Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining area.
Knowing the daily specials, menu items and beverages.
Taking food and beverage orders correctly and communicating the orders with the kitchen and bar staff.
Promptly delivering the correct dishes and beverages to each customer.
Anticipate guests needs to ensure a quality dining experience.
Provide the customers with an accurate guest check and receipt.
Complete all side work prior to end of your shift.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
High school degree; GED or two years related server experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training. Knowledge of Clark County F&B Health regulations and alcohol serving requirements.
