Designing the perfect dining room setup—because every great experience starts with the right layout.
Planning ahead like a pro, based on reservations and guest needs.
Being the friendly face that welcomes and seats members and guests.
Keeping the team looking sharp and ready to impress.
Acting as the ultimate connector between the kitchen and dining room—no miscommunication on your watch!
Making sure everything is clean, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Leading pre-meal huddles to get everyone energized and in the loop.
Keeping an eye on all the little details—from polished silverware to perfectly folded linens.
Tracking inventory so nothing goes missing.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report to the Food & Beverage Manager (or Director) and be a key player in making the club’s dining experience exceptional every single day.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
A four-year college degree in Hospitality is preferred.
Three years of dining room supervisory experience in private club.
Licenses and Special Requirements
Food safety certification.
Alcoholic beverage certification.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch
and twist or reach.
Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
Continuous repetitive motions.
Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
