Responsibilities Operate power tools and hand tools to mow , trim shrubs, edge greens, and perform detailed landscaping tasks Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to keep turf healthy Conduct routine activities such as fertilizing, aerating, topdressing, and overseeding to promote lush growth Perform regular landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to enhance course aesthetics Assist with general gardening and horticulture duties to support healthy plant life across the course Conduct safety checks on equipment and tools; perform basic repairs or coordinate maintenance as needed Support overall course upkeep by performing, debris removal, and ensuring pathways are clear and safe Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering systems is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Basic understanding of landscaping principles is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey maintaining one of nature’s most beautiful settings!
