Tournament & Event Coordinator

<p><strong>Tournament &amp; Event Director</strong></p> <p><strong>High Meadow Ranch Golf Club – Magnolia, Texas</strong></p> <p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Head Golf Professional &amp; General Manager</p> <p>High Meadow Ranch Golf Club is seeking a fun, energetic, and highly organized Tournament &amp; Event Director to oversee the planning and execution of golf tournaments, outings, and club events. This individual will serve as the primary contact for event clients and ensure a first-class experience from start to finish.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, and execute all tournaments and outings</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for event hosts and participants</li> <li>Manage pairings, scoring, and event setup using <strong>Golf Genius</strong> (required)</li> <li>Coordinate logistics with golf operations, food &amp; beverage, and outside services</li> <li>Assist with event sales, communication, and post-event follow-up</li> <li>Coordinate heavily with Golf Course Superintendent</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Golf Genius (required)</li> <li>Prior tournament or golf operations experience preferred</li> <li>PGA Membership preferred, but not required</li> <li>Outgoing, personable, and easy to talk to</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to work weekends and event-based hours</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable golf experiences.</p> <p>Interested candidates should apply through PGA.org or submit a resume to Emily Nolley, <a href="mailto:enolley@hmrgolf.com">enolley@hmrgolf.com</a> and Andy Gaines, againes@hmrgolf.com</p> <p> </p>
