If you take pride in the perfect cut and a clean shop, we want to hear from you. Responsible for maintenance and repair of all machinery used to keep a golf course playable. This role is highly specialized, focusing on a wide variety of gas, diesel, and electric equipment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a fleet that includes fairway and greens mowers, golf carts, tractors, sprayers, and blowers. • Precision Sharpening: Grinding and adjusting reels and bedknives to exact heights (often within thousands of an inch) to ensure the highest quality of turf cut. • Preventative Care: Developing and executing schedules for oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements to prevent equipment downtime. • System Repairs: Troubleshooting complex hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and small engines. • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed logs of service history, parts inventory, and fuel usage. • Shop Management: Keeping the maintenance facility clean and organized, while ensuring the safe disposal of hazardous materials like oil and chemicals. • Golf Course Maintenance Position Details Minimum Qualifications: • Experienced (Non-Manager) Please send resume to twolfrom@whitepinenational.com Clubhouse phone number: (989)736-3279 Pay: $24.90 - $32.65 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Spruce, MI 48762 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
