Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of multiple world-class golf courses.
Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans for the courses, ensuring they are kept to the highest standards.
Manage and lead a team of golf course staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the golf courses are aligned with overall company goals and standards.
Monitor and control expenses related to golf course maintenance and operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports on course conditions, expenses, and performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for staff and guests on the golf courses.
Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the guest experience on the courses.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in golf course management.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to golf course operations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with guests.
Handle any issues or concerns related to the golf courses in a timely and effective manner.
Perform any other duties as assigned by upper management.
