Golf Course Maintenance (Grounds Staff)

Team members will be instrumental in preparing the golf course and grounds in such a fashion that exceeds the expectations of our members and guests. This includes but is not limited to mowing greens, tees, fairways, trimming, mulching, weeding, grooming sand traps, as well as a variety of other detail oriented tasks/projects. Normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, Saturday-Sunday, 5:30am to 9:30am. These hours do change slightly from time to time based on scheduled golf events. Changes are communicated well in advance. Full time and part time positions are available. We will work with qualified candidates with regard to flexible scheduling if desired. Please note that working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is a requirement of these positions. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, those who take pride in their work, and are willing to learn. Prior landscape experience is beneficial but not required. Training is provided. Team members must be able to work independently, as well as part of a group. Team members must be able to quickly learn the safe and proper operation of a variety of machinery. Team members must be willing/able to work in all weather conditions, as well as to stand, walk, sit, crouch, or kneel for long periods of time.
