The culinary team is seeking a Junior Sous Chef. This is a highly sought after position that is available immediately. The ideal candidate would have experience as a line cook, able to work multiple stations, looking to progress in their career.
This position would have exposure to receiving, ordering, invoicing, supervising and leading a team, training, and will be working alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chef's. He/She must be hard working, reliable, have a sense of urgency, possesses the ability to delegate when necessary, and must have a poitive, all-in attitude. Culinary degree preferred.
