Merchandise Manager

Laurel Valley Golf Club seeks an experienced, creative, and highly organized Golf Shop Merchandise Manager to lead a premier, high-volume private club retail operation. As a nationally recognized, corporate-based private golf club generating more than $3 million in merchandise sales during a six-month operating season, Laurel Valley serves corporate members, their guests, and business leaders from across the country.

Reporting to the Head Golf Professional, this year-round leader owns merchandise strategy, purchasing, custom corporate programs, inventory accuracy, financial performance, Golf Shop presentation, and the day-to-day leadership of assigned retail employees. The position combines the discipline of a high-volume retail business with the thoughtful, personalized service expected at Laurel Valley Golf Club.
