Hours: Work schedules typically vary based on peak golf times, meaning early mornings, weekends, and holidays are required. Flexibility is essential.Physical demands: The job involves physical tasks such as lifting golf bags (which can weigh 50 pounds or more), cleaning, staging events, walking, bending, and frequently working in outdoor environments which requires standing for extended periods.
