Job Title: Assistant Golf Professional Location: In-Person Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected Hours: 30 – 50 per week

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional to join our experienced golf operations team. This role supports the Director of Golf in delivering an exceptional golfing experience to members and guests through excellent service, event coordination, and daily golf operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and guestsAssist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing proceduresSupport the Director of Golf in all aspects of golf operationsSchedule and assign tee times for members and guestsOrganize and manage golf leagues, tournaments, and special eventsPromote and sell pro shop merchandise and servicesEnsure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale proceduresHelp oversee the outside golf operation team and ensure smooth day-to-day activityEstablish and maintain strong member and guest relationsContribute to a positive and professional team environmentRequired Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to teach or demonstrate golf techniques effectivelyExcellent organizational skills, especially for event coordination and lesson schedulingFriendly, patient, and adaptable, with a service-first attitudeKnowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and safety standardsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysBenefits:
