Golf Shop Concierge & Tee Time Host

Pinehurst Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, check them in for tee times, and direct them to all resort amenities. You will handle high volume phone inquiries and assist with merchandise purchases, using the tee time computer system to manage reservations. As part of the golf shop team, you will support professional staff with corporate outings and member tournaments, address customer concerns, and help maintain a clean, organized shop environment
