Restaurant Manager at Sykes/Lady Overland Park Golf Course

Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage Ensures that all customers are greeted and welcomed by staff in a professional and courteous manner Manage and train all subordinate personnel in all facets of the operations, including the POS system Attend weekly staff meetings Responsible for inventory control Work closely with Executive Chef This is to be a “working management” position Develop and implement a cleanliness program which would detail the restaurant daily Attend all safety, environmental and health inspections of facilities Operate Food Services including service and sale of alcoholic beverages Responsible for maintaining food and labor costs as directed by the Director of Food & Beverage Maintain excellent training standards Implement and monitor internal controls, including inventories and cash counts Ensure compliance with operating guidelines as it relates to responsible alcohol controls and operate within State and Federal laws and guidelines Do initial screening of applicants and recommend for employment to the Director of Food & Beverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
