Overview Golf Maintenance Assistant-in-Training (Heron Point by Pete Dye) The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is seeking an Assistant-in-Training to join the Golf Course Maintenance team at Heron Point by Pete Dye. This role provides hands-on training in managing a bold and challenging Pete Dye design, where attention to detail and precision are critical to ensuring excellent playability. The AIT will develop technical skills while learning the intricacies of maintaining a demanding, architecturally unique course.
