We're hiring a Part Time Guest Service Attendant at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club!

Ideal candidates are organized, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Guest Service Attendants create a positive experience by assisting guests and members with outside services such as event set up and execution, bag handling, club cleaning, maintenance, and more. Beginners are welcome - previous Guest Service Attendant experience is not required for the position.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends, holidays, and golf seasons, as needed.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $17.90 / hour
Responsibilities
Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lotAssists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outingsProvides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaningMaintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop areaMaintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly conditionPrepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon GolfAssists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forthAssists players by changing their golf spikes, if neededPerforms range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the dayMay direct start of playMaintains accurate records of golfers renting clubsServices the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon returnAssists with food and beverage activitiesCleans golfers' clubs upon completion of playIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceRegular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as required by supervisor
Education and Experience Requirements
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the jobMust have a valid driver's license
Working Conditions
