Responsibilities

Warm, personalized, and anticipatory service for resort guests and membersGenuine client relationships built on trust, discretion, and a thorough understanding of individual preferencesExpert guidance and thoughtful recommendations based on jewelry style, materials, designers, craftsmanship, occasion, and budgetCompelling storytelling that brings jewelry collections, designers, gemstones, materials, and brand heritage to lifeAn engaging shopping experience that balances sales performance with authentic hospitalityAccurate and discreet execution of sales transactions, including POS operation, payment processing, and client information managementExceptional care and attention when handling high-value merchandise and delicate jewelry piecesThoughtful assistance with special orders, gift services, custom requests, and other personalized guest needsImpeccable presentation of jewelry displays, showcases, merchandise, and the overall retail environmentConsistent adherence to inventory control, security, loss prevention, and merchandise handling proceduresAccurate maintenance of clientele and clientele records to support personalized follow-up and relationship developmentProfessional resolution of guest and member questions or concerns with discretion, confidence, and graceProactive identification of opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive retail salesCollaboration with resort departments to create seamless experiences for guests and members celebrating special occasionsAdherence to all resort policies, appearance standards, security protocols, and operational guidelinesActive participation in departmental meetings, product education, and ongoing training to continuously strengthen jewelry and service expertiseRequirements

1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end hospitality, or a comparable client-facing environmentStrong sales instincts with the ability to achieve goals while maintaining a consultative, relationship-focused approachExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to confidently discuss products and translate technical or design details into engaging stories for guestsExceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling merchandise and transactionsImpeccable personal presentation and professional presenceA natural ability to establish trust and build lasting client relationshipsStrong discretion and sound judgment when working with high-value merchandise and guest informationComfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative retail teamFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on resort and guest needsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and safely handling merchandiseAbility to maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with luxury resort standardsNice-to-haves

Previous experience selling fine jewelry, watches, luxury accessories, or other high-value merchandise preferredJewelry, gemology, or luxury brand education is a plusExperience with POS systems and clientele or customer relationship management systems preferredBenefits
