Golf Course Attendant

About the position Your love of providing excellent customer service to our homeowners, guests and avid golfers will ensure long-lasting wonderful memories of our beautiful Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Your basic knowledge of golf and of all aspcects of the offerings that our world-class resort has to offer will surely contribute to a returning guest for years to come. Golf Course Attendant General Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm. Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation, as well as dining options. Explain all golf products, services and other information about the resort. Possess a good understanding of golf rules and regulations and proper course etiquette. Answer any questions and assist guests with their requests. Resolve guest issues focusing on guest satisfaction. Use supervisor assistance if needed. Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals clean, presentable and available for use. Keep driving range clean and water containers filled. Keep the course water containers filled with ice water. Maintain trash and restroom receptacles. Maintain ground area around the pro shop and driving range. Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment. Assist with administrative duties as needed. Maintain a good working relationship with all departments. Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Running Y Properties Employee Handbook. Perform all other duties as assigned.
