The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for driving sales, controlling sales expenses, and growingbrand awareness and market shareat the largest national chains and other key accounts.
This roleis responsible for achieving sales targets and meeting budgets for assigned accounts.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assist Director of Golf, Director of Sales, and Sr Key Account Manager to develop andexecute Channel/Account strategies and policies Develop and manage a comprehensive business plan for all accounts and markets Comprehensively manage assigned Key Accounts (KA), including sales, service, customersupport, and merchandising Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reports under supervision of Director of Golf and Sr KeyAccount Manager Manage planning and execution of all customer co-ops in a timely and thorough manner Ensure the achievement of sales goals Collaborate with Director of Golf and Sr Key Account Manager to manage sell-through of KAinventory Implement corporate sales and marketing policies/procedures Coordinate KA marketing needs and requests with Senior Marketing Manager Collaborate with Brand Experience Manager to coordinate KA training and fitting events Anticipate and resolve channel conflicts Manage the budget for KA-related expenses Communicate KA plans and expectations to Director of Golf and Director of Sales Develop and send weekly bulletins and reports to Territory Sales Managers (TM) to supportday-to-day account management in the field Extract and analyze data compiled in CRM system from TM field visits Utilize sell-through reporting to maximize fill-in requests within each account anddisseminate monthly reports to Sales Management for their use in the field Identify, prioritize, and assign responsibility for nationwide market opportunities Establish new distribution channels as needed to achieve short- and long-term goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and other relevant best practices Assist Director of Golf and Sr Key Account Manager on special projects, as requiredForm Revision:

Five years' progressive sales experience in a business-to-business environment, preferablyin the golf or sporting goods industryExceptional understanding and execution of Microsoft Suite technologies specificallyExcel, Outlook, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to quickly acquire detailed knowledge of new technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsCustomer service and sales mindsetExceptional organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentEducation and Experience:
