What You'll Do

Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency during service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with recipe execution and menu preparation while maintaining high culinary standards. Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to provide an exceptional dining experience. Contribute to a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen culture.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a professional restaurant, hotel, country club, or fine dining kitchen. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality. Culinary school education is a plus but not required.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Experience

Professional Cooking: 2 years preferred Fine Dining, Hotel, Country Club, or High-Volume Restaurant experience preferred
