Fox Hopyard Golf Club is seeking seasonal Pro Shop Counter Staff to join our team for the 2025 golf season. Our 18-hole Roger Rulewich-designed course is one of New Englands premier private golf clubs, offering pristine course conditions, top-tier practice facilities, full-service dining and banquet spaces, and a fully stocked Pro Shop.
Position Overview:We are looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented golf environment. The ideal candidate:
Enjoys engaging with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Has a basic understanding of golf etiquette (preferred but not required)
Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Can adapt to varying schedules and weekend availability
Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist members and guests for a seamless check-in experienceManage tee time reservations and Pro Shop transactionsProvide merchandise assistance and club informationMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro ShopQualifications:Experience in hospitality, retail, or sports management is a plus, but not requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and stay organized in a busy settingFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPerks & Benefits: Seasonal employment with flexible scheduling (varied hours based on business needs)
