Assistant Golf Professional

Position Overview Albuquerque Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This is an entry-level professional position designed for an individual who is passionate about the golf industry and interested in developing a well-rounded foundation in private club golf operations. The Golf Professional will work across both Golf Shop and Outside Services operations , gaining hands-on experience in member service, tournament operations, merchandising, daily play, practice facility management, and overall golf operations. The successful candidate will be highly visible, eager to learn, willing to take ownership, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for Albuquerque Country Club members and guests. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an aspiring PGA Professional to learn multiple areas of the golf business while working alongside experienced professionals in a traditional private club environment.
