<p>The Head Golf Professional serves as the leader of all golf operations and is one of the most visible ambassadors of Segregansett Country Club.<br /><br />The Head Golf Professional will report to the Golf Chairman and work collaboratively with the Golf Committee, Course Superintendent, Food & Beverage leadership, and Club staff. The Head Golf Professional is responsible for creating an exceptional golf experience through outstanding service, operational excellence, financial responsibility, and member engagement.<br /><br />This position is equally about leadership, hospitality, business management, and growing the game of golf. The Professional will work from March 15 to December 15. Generally speaking, the schedule is six days a week, with days off as needed and approved by the Golf Chairman.</p>
