Meadow Brook Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Equipment Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of a large and diverse golf course equipment inventory. The Head Equipment Technician will work directly with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure all equipment is maintained at the highest standard and that daily golf course operations are supported with safe, reliable, and high-performing machinery. This role plays a key leadership position within the golf course maintenance operation. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a large inventory of golf course maintenance equipment Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and longevity Collaborate closely with the Superintendent on: Purchasing and selling equipment Constructing and managing equipment maintenance budgets Identifying creative and efficient maintenance strategies Ensure all equipment is consistently prepared and operational for daily golf course maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and professional equipment facility Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
