Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-focused Beverage Cart/Creekhouse Manager to oversee daily beverage cart & Creekhouse operations. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, driving beverage sales, ensuring compliance with health and alcohol service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-service driven, and experienced in food & beverage or hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily beverage cart operations, including scheduling, inventory, stocking, and cleanliness Train, supervise, and motivate beverage cart attendants Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and local regulations Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with ordering supplies Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally Operate Creekhouse daily Leadership & Administration
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations Assist with budgeting, reporting, and labor management Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism Support special events, tournaments, and club functions Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment Qualification
