The Opportunity As Assistant Clubhouse Manager, you’ll help keep daily clubhouse operations running smoothly while delivering consistent, high-touch service to members and guests. This role exists to support front-of-house standards, coordinate teams across service areas, and ensure policies and presentation are upheld.

Key responsibilities include supervising clubhouse staff, assisting with scheduling and training, supporting member events and dining service, handling member questions and service recovery, and partnering with department leaders to maintain a polished, safe, and welcoming environment.
