Arcis Golf is seeking a Private Events Coordinator at Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton, CO. You will work with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless transition from booking through event completion, develop SOPs, and maintain relationships with preferred vendors to elevate guest experiences.
You will also assist with budgeting and forecasting for Private Events, manage a smaller weddings load focusing on VIP events, and coach the Private Events Coordinators.
