Global Golf Development Manager

Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Manager, Golf Development to lead global golf development initiatives across MT Foundation and MT Charities, including AAC, LAAC, ANWA, DCP, and TPP. The role is full-time, on-site in Augusta, GA, with international travel. You will build detailed operational plans, manage the DCP/MTF operations, partner with The R&A, IGF, USGA, and coordinate youth programs, academies, and events during Masters Week, reporting to the Managing Director of Golf Development.
