Overview
The 18-hole Sunny Hills Golf Club is a public golf course open 7 days a week. The Course opened in 1974 and was designed by Gene Sarazen and Ken Venturi, Sunny Hills Golf Club measures 7,095 yards from the longest tees, has a slope rating of 120 and a 73.4 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens and fairways are bermuda grass. Overseeded with rye for the winter months, we offer stunning tee boxes, fairways and greens for a more enjoyable experience!
Experience Required
Qualifications
Strong experience in clubhouse operations, golf operations, and food & beverage management
Minimum 3+ years of relevant management experience in a golf club, resort, or hospitality setting
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent guest experiences
Solid track record in revenue generation and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of other Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word)
Experience with email marketing and basic website maintenance
PGA credentials or membership are preferred but not required

Professional Golf Club Manager
Sunny Hills Golf Club is seeking an experienced Professional Golf Club Manager (“Club Manager”) to lead clubhouse operations, golf operations, and food & beverage at our established 18-hole public golf course in Deltona’s Sunny Hills, Florida Community (approximately 25 miles north of Panama City, FL). Designed by
legendary golfers Gene Sarazen and Ken Venturi with a prominent 50+ year history.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on manager to oversee clubhouse, golf, and food & beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clubhouse operations, guest services, and daily golf operations
Manage pro-shop, tee times, player relations, and on-course activities
Direct food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and events
Lead, train, and develop staff across clubhouse, golf, food & beverage
Drive revenue growth while controlling costs
Plan and execute tournaments, outings, and promotional events
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
Partner with the Golf Course Superintendent to maintain high standards of course conditions and playability
