Guest Experience Lead - Outside Golf Services

Legends Country Club is seeking an Outside Services Manager to lead a 15–20 person team and oversee all outside golf operations, from cart fleet management to practice facility upkeep. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional member and guest experiences in a private club setting.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years in golf operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to maintain high standards across events, tournaments, and daily operations on property.
