### **Overview** The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and personable professional, capable of providing first class customer service to a membership accustomed to the highest level. The ideal candidate will be available from April until mid-October/early November. The successful candidate will work within a team of seasoned professionals contributing to all aspects of the golf operation, while gaining valuable experience needed to progress in the golf business. ### **Experience Required** - Willingness to learn, acceptance of coaching, and driven to perform all tasks at the highest level. - Genuine passion for the game of golf and a desire for continued growth within the profession. - Flexible and dependable, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic schedule and demands of a seasonal private club. - Strong communication and teamwork, fostering collaboration within the professional staff. - Exceptional member engagement skills, with a polished and service-oriented approach. ### **Essential Responsibilities** - Provide first class customer service to all members and guests. - Support the Director of Golf and assistants with the day-today operation of the Siwanoy Country Club golf program. - Contribute to the coordination of all golf operations, including the Golf Shop, Tournaments, Junior Program, Member Service areas, and Merchandise. - Uphold a welcoming, attentive, and professional demeanor with members, guests, and staff. - Stay informed on current golf equipment, technology, and teaching trends to elevate member experience and professional skills. - Assist and manage the receiving, stocking, and inventory management of the club repair operation. - Manage special merchandise orders and ensure timely fulfillments for all members. - Oversee the demo and rental club operations, ensuring accuracy, maintenance, and prompt service. - Provide golf instruction through the Siwanoy Junior Golf Program. ### **Benefits** Highly competitive compensation package.
