Schedule - Evening dinner shifts, weekends, and some day shifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messagesGreet members and guests entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinationsRecord dining & special event reservationsCoordinate general maintenance requests/concernsEnsure lamps in Clubhouse are on and all décor seems to be in placeEnsure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organizationTake to-go ordersTidy and maintain the reception areaPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
