Assistant Golf Professional

Overview The Assistant Golf Professional works closely with the Head Professional to oversee daily golf shop operations and deliver exceptional service to members and guests while maintaining established standards for customer satisfaction, sales, and financial performance. Responsibilities include assisting with tournament planning, coordination, and execution, along with golf shop operations, merchandising, starting and pace-of-play management, golf instruction, club fitting, and club repair. The ideal candidate will lead by example, take a proactive approach to daily operations, and contribute to an exceptional member and guest experience.
