Player services - Golf outside service

Primary Purpose Deliver exceptional customer service to Members and Guests by anticipating their needs and assisting with various operational duties. Responsibilities may include working in the Bag Room, Cart Barn, and Bag Drop areas. Essential Functions Provide courteous and respectful service to all members, guests, and team members. Maintain a professional appearance and greet individuals warmly, preferably by name. Follow all dress code standards by ensuring attire is clean, presentable, and appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas, including the Cart Barn, Bag Room, Staging Area, and Bag Drop. Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any issues, concerns, or unusual situations. Practice Range Duties (examples include): Set up range stations according to operational guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the range throughout the day Collect and break down range equipment Retrieve golf balls using a picker cart or shag bags Bag Room Duties (examples include): Prepare fleet carts and member-owned carts to club standards Keep staging areas organized and properly set Clean golf clubs and assist members and guests after their rounds Maintain and clean all golf carts Return carts to the Cart Barn for storage at the end of the day Bag Drop Duties (examples include): Transport golf bags to the staging area Load and unload golf bags from vehicles Maintain a safe and clean work environment, with a strong focus on employee safety. Support team members by promoting and following proper safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Basic understanding of golf course operations Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate golf carts Professional and positive demeanor Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and dependable with consistent attendance Awareness of workplace safety and ability to follow safety procedures Physical Demands & Work Environment This position is based at a private country club located within a gated residential community in central Las Vegas. The role requires regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., including overhead movement, pushing, and pulling. Employees will work outdoors and may be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and wind.
