Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the Food and Beverage department at Losantiville Country Club. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work in both a fast-paced dining environment and an outdoor seasonal snack shack setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in dynamic environments. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner Take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems (Jonas or Micros preferred) Prepare and serve food and drinks while maintaining quality and presentation standards Provide menu information, recommend items, and use upselling techniques when appropriate Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns Process payments accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas or Micros is highly desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in both fast-paced and relaxed environments Basic math skills for handling transactions Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed Reliable transportation or ability to commute Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your enthusiasm and dedication make every guest’s experience exceptional.
