Job Title: Golf Course Maintenance Worker Location: Polo Fields Golf and Country Club – Ann Arbor, MI Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal Pay Rate: Starting rate $17.00-$18.00 per hour Schedule: Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Summary Polo Fields Golf and Country Club is a privately owned golf club dedicated to providing exceptional course conditions and first-class experience for our members and their guests. We are seeking a dependable Golf Course Maintenance Worker to join our Grounds & Maintenance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining championship-level playing conditions and upholding the club’s high standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily course maintenance, including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs • Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps • Trim trees, shrubs, and landscape areas • Maintain and clean maintenance equipment and tools • Repair divots, ball marks, and course damage • Follow safety procedures and course standards at all times Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required • Prior golf course or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to operate mowing and landscaping equipment (or willingness to learn) • Physically able to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays • Must have reliable transportation Skills & Attributes • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic mechanical aptitude preferred • Respect for safety rules and procedures How to Apply Interested candidates should submit an application online at www.polofieldsccmi.com or email their resume to Chris@polofieldsccmi.com.
