Your work will directly impact member satisfaction and the overall guest experience.You WillMaintain golf course turf, bunkers, greens, and landscaping to high play‑ability standardsOperate and maintain mowers, tractors, and course equipmentApply fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with regulatory requirementsMonitor course conditions, identify issues, and recommend solutionsAssist in irrigation management, repairs, and seasonal adjustmentsSupport daily course setup and project‑based improvementsWork closely with leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environmentFollow all safety procedures while reporting hazards and supporting a safety‑first cultureWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf managementHigh School Diploma required; 2‑year Agronomy Degree preferredAdvanced understanding of turf care, equipment operation, and regulatory complianceState pesticide application certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain—required)Valid driver’s licenseStrong planning, organizing, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA commitment to professionalism, respect, and quality serviceEnvironmentRegular walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and equipment operationFrequent work in heat, cold, rain, and varying outdoor conditionsExposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to biological materialsEvening and weekend shifts, especially during peak seasonsWhy Join Us?At Colonial Heritage Club, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, quality, and pride in maintaining a top‑tier golf environment.
