Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Public Spaces Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our resort’s public areas. Your efforts will ensure that guests enjoy a pristine environment that reflects the high standards of our resort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to ensure they are spotless and invitingConduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearanceHandle janitorial tasks efficiently using appropriate cleaning equipment and suppliesAssist with industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleaning of large areas or specialized facilitiesSupport housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptlyMaintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift by regularly inspecting assigned areas and addressing any issues proactivelyFollow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff at all timesSkills

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settingsKnowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extractionPrevious hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectationsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectivelyAbility to operate cleaning machinery safely and responsiblyExperience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plusJoin us as a Public Spaces Attendant and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and care.
