The Aquatics and Athletics Facilities Division (AAFD is seeking a Shift Manager/Manager on Duty to help and assist Paint Branch Golf Complex with daily golf operations and customer service needs.

The Shift
Manager for Golf Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Golf Shop and coordinating all departments involved in the golf operation, including outside services, starters, marshals, cart staff, and related personnel. This position serves as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, staff accountability, and a high-quality golf experience for all guests.
The Shift
Manager acts as a leader, problem solver, and operational resource while maintaining the facility's standards for service, safety, and professionalism. This position will have some hands on experience in operating a small food and beverage concession as well as well as daily golf simulator operations.
