As a Golf Equipment Specialist, you will share your passion and knowledge to assist athletes in choosing the right equipment to enhance their performance on the golf course. You will provide personalized service, support service execution, and increase sales through your strong product knowledge, ultimately delivering an elevated athlete experience that focuses on connection and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional athlete experience by understanding their needs and offering knowledgeable insights about products. Anticipate their requirements and actively engage in sales through tailored product recommendations.Assist in onboarding and training new and existing team members, sharing best practices, sales techniques, and crucial operational processes.

Act as a go-to expert in your product category to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Execute processes effectively while maintaining a focus on athlete satisfaction, guaranteeing that products are readily available for purchase and customers are attentively engaged.Maintain company merchandising standards by following established guidelines for product presentation, signage requirements, pricing adjustments, and inventory management.Encourage customer involvement in company programs, including loyalty initiatives, warranty sales, and credit card applications.Foster an inclusive store environment where all teammates and athletes feel valued and respected.

Adhere strictly to safety policies and operational procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years of relevant experiencePrior retail or customer service experience is preferredVirtual Requirements:

Targeted Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.25 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and the position offered.
