SEASONAL GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT

JOB SUMMARY: Golf Shop Attendants must have an eagerness to provide quality customer service to our members and guests. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who is excited to be a part of an amazing team of golf professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
Delivering exemplary customer service by answering customer questions about golf products and providing recommendations based on customer needsProcess sales transactions and take paymentsAssisting with stocking and rotating merchandiseCross-selling and upselling products, as well as being up to date on promotions and salesResponding to and resolving customer complaints and concernsMaintaining a clean and tidy golf shopAssisting golf staff with any additional needed tasks
Qualifications
A great attitude and willingness to work hardWorks well with other team members in a professional mannerCustomer service skills to maintain positive member relationshipsAble to walk or stand for extended periods of timeAble to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environmentAble to work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts
SCHEDULE
This is a seasonal position and will last until approximately late November
WAGE: $15.16/hr., plus commissions
