Part-time Facility Attendant

Subpar Miniature Golf Alameda is currently hiring a Facility Attendants to join the team! Subpar Miniature Golf has been bringing fun times to the families of the Bay Area for 14 years! Subpar Miniature Golf offers an 19-hole indoor miniature golf experience, with holes paying homage to all of your favorite East Bay landmarks, as well as a fully loaded arcade and snack bar, which serves pizza, paninis, snacks, smoothies and more. We also host birthday parties, company offsites, and events! The Facility Attendant would be expected to operate in all three areas during their shift: golf, arcade, and snack bar. WHO WE ARE One of two best handmade indoor mini golf courses in the Bay Area (our other location is in San Francisco)! Our goal is to provide a lot of fun, and a little competitive action with our East Bay themed mini golf course and arcade. RESPONSIBILITIES - Process golf sales and check-in reservations at the front desk - Answer the phone to assist customers at the front desk - Provide customers with proper equipment and explain course rules - Monitor and enforce course and arcade rules - Receive and clean equipment from customers - Assist customers with needs, questions, equipment and arcade issues - Operate the register with food and drink orders - Prepare basic snacks and drinks (more complex recipes are prepared by kitchen staff) - Serve food and drink to customers - Serve alcoholic beverages to customers - Clean and organize at open and close of day - Spot clean all parts of facility throughout the shift SHIFTS - Shifts are typically 6-7 hours - we are looking for someone to work 3-5 shifts per week - shifts are all week, but most are on weekends. Starting pay is at $21/hour, with additional earnings from tips. Pay can be commensurate with experience.
