Lead Bartender: Craft Cocktails & Team Leadership

Colorado Springs Country Club Inc. seeks a Lead Bartender to serve as the primary floor and bar leader for our beverage program. You will supervise bar staff, mentor the team, and ensure flawless member service across the main bar, lounge, and banquet stations.
