As the only full-service country club in Alamance County, NC, it features a historic Donald Ross golf course and modern amenities across a scenic campus. Located in the growing Piedmont region of North Carolina, the club provides a welcoming, retreat-like environment for members and staff alike.

Role Description The Outside Services role is a part-time, on-site position located in Burlington, NC at Alamance Country Club. This role supports golf operations by assisting members and guests with their arrival and departure, including greeting players, loading and unloading golf bags, and organizing carts.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the golf cart fleet, keeping the practice areas and staging areas clean and orderly, and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for daily play. The role also involves providing clear information about tee times, course conditions, and club policies, while delivering courteous, professional service.

Outside Services team members work closely with golf staff to support events and tournaments and help create a positive, welcoming experience for all players.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver courteous, professional member and guest service and communicate clearly in person and by phone.Strong organizational skills to manage golf carts, bags, and practice areas, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team setting.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move golf bags and equipment as needed throughout a shift.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on golf and club event schedules.Commitment to safety and attention to detail when operating golf carts and handling member property.Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or golf operations is beneficial but not required
