You uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, sportsmanship, and organizational excellence, serving as a disciplined role model within a global educational community.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, coaching/sports administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a golf coach, preferably in a high‑performance independent school or elite academy setting.Expertise: Demonstrated success in holistic student‑athlete development, recruitment, performance analytics, and building relationships with families, administrators, and the broader community.Knowledge: Strong understanding of golf coaching with a deep knowledge of swing theory, mechanics, and course strategy; ability to engage with evolving coaching methodologies and industry trends to continuously elevate the program.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role begins at $35,000 with eligibility for additional compensation, including a performance‑based structure.
