About the Role
Reports To: Chairman of the House Committee/Board of Directors
Musgrove Country Club is seeking a service-driven Clubhouse Manager to manage daily clubhouse operations and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience for the 600+ families of the Club. This hands-on position oversees dining, kitchen, bar, pool service, events, housekeeping, staff leadership, and clubhouse presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clubhouse, dining, bar, pool, banquet, housekeeping, and member-facing operations.Maintain excellent service, cleanliness, hospitality, and clubhouse presentation standards.Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Front of House Supervisor, Event Manager, and Club leadership on staffing, menus, service, and events.Responsible for budgets, inventory, invoices, vendors, event reports, and daily business activity.Lead, train, and motivate staff while reinforcing professionalism, teamwork, and service expectations.Respond to member feedback and ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and operational standards.Implement initiatives that will grow member use and additional membership.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of management experience in a private club, luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Food and beverage operations knowledge, including service standards, inventory, cost control, and team coordination.Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to learn club management software quickly.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
