Double J Ranch Golf Club is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations while delivering an exceptional member and guest experience. This role assists with tournament operations, merchandising, player services, instruction, and staff supervision while helping maintain the high standards and culture of the club.

None Golf Operations Assist with all daily golf shop operations and opening/closing proceduresCoordinate tee sheet management and pace of playProvide outstanding customer service to members, guests, tournaments, and outingsSupport outside operations staff and ensure smooth daily playMaintain accurate POS transactions, inventory controls, and member chargesAssist with golf cart fleet management and practice facility operations Tournament & Event Management Help organize and execute tournaments, leagues, junior golf events, and special outingsPrepare tournament materials including scorecards, pairings, signage, and scoringAssist with event setup, scoring, and prize presentations Merchandising & Golf Shop Assist with merchandising displays and inventory managementMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the golf shopHelp manage special orders and retail salesRecommend merchandise selections and monitor stock levels Staff Leadership Help supervise outside service staff and cart attendantsTrain and mentor seasonal employeesFoster a positive, team-oriented work environmentLead by example through professionalism and service excellence
